What this site collects
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the site or link that brought you here, and the interactions described below. We use it in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally.
The site records two custom interactions: clicking a telephone or email link, and clicking a contact call-to-action. These record which link was used, not who used it.
This site has no contact form and no login. We do not sell anything here and we do not collect payment details.
What happens when you contact us
If you email, call or message us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, contact details and what you write. We use it to reply and to discuss possible work. We keep business correspondence for as long as we may need it for that relationship and for our records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes data with us
Google LLC provides Google Analytics 4, and analytics data is processed on Google’s infrastructure outside Kuwait.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this website. It processes technical request data, including IP addresses, for delivery and security.
Both are independent companies with their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you from our correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@thedc.me. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site or our tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
