As General Manager, Ali runs the agency’s day-to-day operations and leads its original formats and media production, from concept development and on-screen presentation to production supervision and broadcaster relationships.
He presented both of the agency’s original formats and was general supervisor of the second season of Bil Hifz Wal Soun on Al Adala TV (atv). His broadcasting experience informs how the agency builds content people choose to watch.

Ali Najim is a partner and the General Manager of The Digital Campus. A Kuwaiti broadcaster and presenter, he began his radio career at Marina FM in 2006, where he presented a long list of programmes including Refresh, and has since presented television programmes including a Ramadan show on Kuwait TV in 2021.
He has also published several books.
